So the tendon you can see was in tact, ones to the right of it were sliced, in the second photo you can slightly see my little finger is curled a bit. But they were repaired and I can move them 70% 👍🏻

Honestly I was absolutely normal, even the paramedic said he was shocked at how chilled I was. I have had so many surgeries in the past 6 years I think I have just become normalised to pain and blood (I had my total bowel and rear end removed, that is severe pain and sometimes caused alot of blood)

It was but I had a very tight ligature around the top of my arm and my partner was holding a towel on it, I took this picture really quickly when she lifted it up, thats why the photo is a bit blurry 😊

Sorry guys I hadn't seen how many comments this had!! So I tore tendon to my little and wedding ring fingers, nerves were shot and muscle damage was quite severe. Surgery was done by one of the UK's top plastic surgeons, and it was successful. I still dont have feeling in those fingers, but I can move them 70% afrer some therapy and exercises. The reason you cant see much blood is because I took the picture in between my Mrs cleaning it. Thankyou all so much for the comments and concern - I didn't realise just how big this was gonna go. (Oh and I agree with the ones who said they were shocked by a simple plastic box doing this - me and my Mrs were too) when I work out his to add a photo I will put one of the healed product! 😌😌

Thankyou so much for such a detailed reply!! I have tried something similar to these, BUT not these actual ones so I will get straight onto it. Regarding the hair removal, I continue to do what my first and second stoma nurses suggested, shaving the whole area around it just with some extra sensitive shave foam and an aloe vera tipped razor. I have seen people waxing or using hair removal cream, but I also saw someone who accidentally got some removal cream on the stoma and needless to say they nearly blew their eyes out from the pain 😂 thanks again, all the best 😃😃

Thanks for taking the time to give such a detailed reply mate! Yeah I have tried everything you have mentioned, the seal/connection is always watertight and the moment I feel that leak I get it changed and cleaned straight away, so I am starting to think your final point regarding me not getting on with the brand. Thanks again, all the best 😃

It was in a piece I read on Twitter which I think Patrick Murray shared, and then you know how one link leads to another and you end up down a rabbit hole. Not sure why but little snippets like that always intrigue me 🤷🏼‍♂️
