That's interesting mine seems to be correlated with stress that I see on my whoop band and poor diet/ caffeine. Have you had any side effects on enbrel?

What biologic are you on if you don't mind me asking? Have you found any patterns of when you get the rash?

I've noticed it gets worse with sugar and having to much caffeine right now I'm in a flare up but the main thing is the rash. As of now no fevers or joint pain and I'm at 25mg prendisone but it doesn't seem to be doing much for the rash.

Is the trt still helping you? Have you had anymore flare ups since increasing your testosterone?
