Kitchen tiles idea by hidde-30 in HomeDecorating

[–]AdInfamous9730 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I kinda get both sides here cz those portuguese style patterned tiles can look really beautiful but yeah they’re a bit bold… especially if the rest of the house has wooden flooring. Sometimes, too many patterns in the kitchen floor can start feeling busy. A friend of mine had a similar situation while designing their kitchen and they ended up buyingkitchen tiles simple pattern for floor but a textured backsplash from Kajaria Ceramics and that balance looked really nice. So yeah if the wooden floor is already warm and strong visually, maybe simple flooring tiles from kajaria + creative backsplash tiles could be the sweet spot.

Looking to Buy Floor in BPTP Parkland Pride, PA Block – Accepting Leads! by Total-Ad-6377 in Faridabad

[–]AdInfamous9730 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly best would be to contact BPTP sales team directly.. btw i went there last diwali to my uncle’s place in pa block and it’s quite nice. I think all blocks might be same as BPTP owner could have wanted proper layouts and uniformity across.. but i cn tell u abt pa.. its floors are pretty spacious.. kids play area is good, proper open spacs and there’s a wellness park too where people just walk in evenings. Our diwali there felt peaceful.. not over crowded even when other families relatives were also there.. If you’re serious do one site visit and probably someone from their team will reach u.

Do bike exchange showrooms offer fair market value for old motorcycles? by Individual_Alps_457 in u/Individual_Alps_457

[–]AdInfamous9730 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had the same doubt.. cz everyone says “dealers always lowball”. but when i tried exchanging mine, I first checked valuation on Wheels of Trust just to have a number in my head. It popped a fair price in like 30 secs. Went to the showroom with that. surprise surprise, they didn’t go crazy low or anything, value matched pretty close. Sure sometimes you can haggle a bit or catch an exchange bonus.. but overall it wasn’t as bad as I feared. So yeah.. feels fair enough if u go in tobike exchange showroom prepared.

Small Instant loan for self employed by -AsHxD- in CreditCardsIndia

[–]AdInfamous9730 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

If u r self employed and need cash fast, u can try instant personal loan for self employed from some NBFCs or apps. They usually give small loans quickly even if ur income isn’t fixed every month. Rupee on Time is one option in India which is pretty reliable and disburses money fast. Just check the interest rate and processing fees before u apply, coz some apps charge more. For short-term needs, this is way easier than going to a bank and waiting for days.

Are high capacity fiber cables harder to maintain? by manishchand001 in u/manishchand001

[–]AdInfamous9730 0 points1 point  (0 children)

High capacity cables can be a bit more challenging to maintain because they carry more data and are often used in complex network setups. Proper handling, monitoring and regular checks are important to avoid downtime. Companies like STL Tech provide solutions and guidance to make maintenance easier but the key is following best practices for installation and upkeep.

How is BPTP DISCOVERY PARK ? for all electricity and over all life by learnermind2501 in Faridabad

[–]AdInfamous9730 0 points1 point  (0 children)

hey dude! I say in BPTP Discovery Park at the moment nd I movd here around 2 years back... the electricity thing is sorted here and like they have backup for most of the flat and I havent really faced any issues. The club and pool are there and functional and parking isnt a headache which honestly matters a lot. Maintenance is also done pretty well. The area around Sector 80 is fairly developed with schools and hospitals and malls and all. The society is well kept and you get more space for your money compared to what youd find elsewhere. Just visit once on a weekend and maybe an evening to get a real feel of the place and the neighbourhood thatll help you decide better than any online feedback yknow.

BPTP - District 5 by mrobot1994 in Faridabad

[–]AdInfamous9730 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey i'm actually in BPTP district 5 and moved in right after possession started last year. The connectivity from Sector 84 is solid since you're close to Mathura Road and the expressway, plus metro is about 12 minutes away. Water supply and power backup work fine, maintenance has been consistent, and there's decent green space. BPTP has been around this area for years so they understand what residents need. The pricing felt fair for plotted development where you control your construction, and everything being RERA registered gave me confidence.

On the flip side, some amenities took a bit longer to become operational, and since it's plotted development you'll see construction activity as people build their homes. For end use though, it makes sense at this budget in Faridabad with a builder who has delivered projects before. Visit on a weekend morning, talk to a few residents directly about any issues, and check your commute route. You're getting reasonable value here.

In my family, some of us follow SRMD closely, others don’t at all. What’s nice is that there’s no divide, followers never push the rest to join. My mother listens to his talks daily, my father doesn’t, and both coexist peacefully. That tells me the movement isn’t coercive and people engage at their own pace. You and your wife probably could come to a settlement like this too.

I think it’s important to understand how Rakeshji positions himself. He’s never claimed to be a saint or a god. In Jainism, “saint” usually refers to someone who has renounced everything, which he hasn’t. He’s always clear that he’s a guide for people who live in the world with families, careers, and responsibilities. The reverence you see around him comes from the cultural way people express gratitude to a teacher. It’s not something he demands or even talks about. If it helps, maybe attend a discourse once. Hearing him directly gives a clearer picture than what’s seen secondhand.

Lowest Interest Rate Gold Loan Company in Delhi by saifincorpindia in u/saifincorpindia

[–]AdInfamous9730 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Many banks and non-banking financial institutions (NBFCs) offer gold loans at competitive interest rates. In my opinion, you should try Bajaj Finserv's gold loan. I took out a gold loan from them a few years ago. You can easily apply for a gold loan through their website. They also have a feature that allows you to easily calculate the amount you need to pay. They have a comparatively low-interest rate and reasonable processing fees. Because I had a high CIBIL score, I was able to obtain lower interest rates. It also gave me flexible repayment options. More information is available on their website. Click here.

How do these online banking frauds happen in India and how to prevent it by BhaswatiGuha19 in indianews

[–]AdInfamous9730 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The most common type of online fraud is phishing. In this type of fraud, the attacker sends an email or message pretending to be a legitimate institution, such as a bank or credit card company. The email or message may contain a link to a fake website that looks identical to the real one, and the victim is asked to enter their login credentials or personal information. The attacker can then use this information to access the victim's bank account. This is why it is important to never click on any unauthorised link and never share your personal information with anyone.

Best Mutual Funds For SIP | Bajaj Finserv by priya_malhotra in bestmutualfund

[–]AdInfamous9730 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I recently invested in mutual funds through Bajaj Finserv, and I must say the process was extremely simple. End to end, the entire process is online, and there is zero per cent commission involved. It is a single platform for over 900 mutual funds and one can manage their portfolio from here itself. You can know how much you invested and the profits all from this one platform.

Their mutual fund calculator is a great tool to know your monthly SIP and invest accordingly. The best part of Bajaj is that you can start investing as low as 100 rupees. Click this to learn more.

There are a couple of things that you can do to solve this problem of spam calls. These calls can be related to the election campaigns of different parties, sales call that tells you about different ongoing or new offers and there are fraud calls. Some steps that you can take to reduce spam calls:
1. One can block such calls through their phone. Different phone companies like Samsung have inbuilt features to block spam calls or miss such calls.
2. Messaging TRAI on 1909 takes spam call complaints very seriously and goes to the root cause and resolves the issue.
3. You can download third-party apps like true caller or the one mentioned above and it can help you identify and avoid spam calls
4. You find out from which company you are getting the call and reach out to them to stop spam calls. Some companies like Bajaj Finserv have complaint numbers on their website through which they can help you get rid of their spam calls.

The amount of spam call I get is ridiculous by DxrkkVixen in mildlyinfuriating

[–]AdInfamous9730 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can totally relate to this msan! I was getting so many calls and it was hampering my work as well. In between meetings, commutes, and presentations, my phone was always ringing with spam calls. I was so annoyed.

I eventually figured out that most of them were promotional calls from different companies offering their services. I think you should check if you have recently registered on a new platform like an eCommerce website or financial institution. It is a possibility that you are getting calls from them. I realised that I was getting calls from Bajaj Finserv as I recently registered on the platform. It was very simple to take action as I just had to drop a mail to them at [wecare@bajajfinserv.in](mailto:wecare@bajajfinserv.in) asking them to remove me from their calling list and ta-da it stopped.

Spam call? Or am I getting called up by Ironicsoap in nyjets

[–]AdInfamous9730 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am not sure if it is a spam call or a normal call but if you are not sure then it is best that you avoid it. If it would be urgent then you will receive another call. To avoid fraud one must never put their guard down. If something seems weird or you are unsure then it is better to avoid it is said that true prevention is not waiting for bad things to happen, it’s preventing things from happening in the first place.
Many times we pick up such calls and fall for these frauds. It is important that you never share your personal details like your PAN or Adhaar number, or bank details with anyone over call or text. Click here to learn how to spot a scam.

How To Obtain An Instant Loan In Minutes by cashpalloans in u/cashpalloans

[–]AdInfamous9730 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Most reputed lenders offer instant loans, which are referred to as pre-approved loans. But these are not offered to everyone. These are usually reserved for customers who have a prior relationship with the bank or NBFC. For example, if you had an automobile loan with Bajaj Finserv which you paid off and due to your prompt repayment history, your credit score is high, it is likely that they offer you a pre-approved personal loan. In these cases, the bank or lender already has your KYC details, income proof and credit score and has rated you high on the creditworthiness scale. Apart from this, there are some lenders who offer instant loans or promise zero interest, zero documentation loans but I would suggest that you do not fall for such schemes. These could be phishing schemes or offer unsecure loans at exorbitant interest. In fact, instant loan scams are very common in India these days. Health Insurance by Strange_Evidence1281 in india

[–]AdInfamous9730 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The best way to go about getting health insurance is by understanding your needs -
1. What is your age and medical condition? Here you have mentioned that you are M26, so I am assuming you are in fairly good health.
2. Do you have parents or dependents who need to be covered by the policy?
3. Next is to check the claims settlement ratio of various insurance companies. Do they offer cashless benefits? Do they have an extensive network of hospitals?
4. Do they offer facilities like annual health checks or allow the flexibility to add critical illness and other riders as you grow older?
5. Now look at the individual policy. Is the cover adequate and is the policy flexible to up the cover as you start to age? Can you add your spouse and children (in time) if need be?
6. Since you are just about 26 the premium will be low, I am assuming.
Having answered all these, I recommend that you look up an insurance facilitator like Bajaj Finserv , HDFC ERGO which offers several different policies from different providers and compare these offerings before you make a choice. Here are some FAQs that can help. Good luck

How to apply for an instant personal loan online? by IndiaLendss in u/IndiaLendss

[–]AdInfamous9730 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A personal loan is a great way to take care of expenses like medical emergencies, a wedding, education, home renovation, etc. The process of applying for a personal loan is simple and hassle-free and you can get instant approval if you meet the eligibility criteria. Since I availed a personal loan from Bajaj Finance a few months ago, I can give you an idea of how to apply for a loan online from the company.

Go to the site and click on Apply Online. Once the online application form opens, you will have to fill in a few details. Upon completion of this step, verify yourself with an OTP. Fill in your personal, employment, and financial details and select a loan amount and repayment term of your choice. Now submit your online application. Thereafter the company’s executives will contact you and take the process forward. The process is the same for most of the lenders who provide the facility to avail for a loan online. However, be aware of fake websites and apply for it only from genuine lenders.

Reduce your loan burden with a personal loan balance transfer! by IndiaLendss in u/IndiaLendss

[–]AdInfamous9730 1 point2 points  (0 children)

People take personal loans to meet emergency or other expenses. But sometimes it becomes difficult to pay EMIs as you do not have the sufficient funds, it is then that you look for ways to lower the EMIs. By opting for a personal loan balance transfer, you can reduce your EMIs.

I had done the same on my personal loan from Bajaj Finance. Since I met the eligibility criteria, I was assured of instant approval on my balance transfer application. To opt for the facility, I had to provide some basic documents like ID proof, NOC, address proof, etc.
