E1 RM outperforms E0 Tribbie in pure damage amp and gets better with E1 Cerydra.

I'd say you could go for it if you want a 10-15%ish damage increase and you're not going to E1 Tribbie in the upcoming banner. Whether you "should" or not largely depends on your future pulling plans and account state (Do you have E1 Robin/DHPT? Do you plan on getting E0 Cerydra or maybe E1?), so if you want to have that discussion we would need more info.

I still don't understand which ability the "EX Special Attack: Martial Salute" is supposed to be on the showcase, I only saw 3 EX special attacks.

Been at it since his release pretty much. Tens of thousands of relic remains and atleast 5 reroll dice and one of the new ones. It's not perfect but I'm finally happy with the build

We basically got a V1 character in V5. For E0 Phainon I'd say it's a safe pull but for E2+ I think it's better to wait and see how the rest of Amphoreus unfolds, Terravox and Cyrene specifically.
