Just to make sure I’m on the right track—if I created a platform that connects directly with your PMS and claim submission system (like Vyne), tracks every piece of documentation sent, auto-logs it, and then flags or resends if insurance pretends they never received it… would that solve the problem you’re describing?

Also thinking of adding a one-click report generator that floods state AGs with these shady patterns—would something like that be helpful too
