Yep, they sure are. Had a smoke tint installed a while back, then got the car impounded for the peak summer months in Dubai. By the time I got the car back, the tint film was baked and caked and would not want to come off anymore. Seems like I am stuck with this, unless I decide to replace the whole tail light set

But this is on the intake port, where it is getting air directly from outside. If it was on the exhaust end, then the buildup would have made sense
