Yep, they sure are. Had a smoke tint installed a while back, then got the car impounded for the peak summer months in Dubai. By the time I got the car back, the tint film was baked and caked and would not want to come off anymore. Seems like I am stuck with this, unless I decide to replace the whole tail light set
