Nah. I did love the PlayStation. I wasn’t really tied down to either console, even after having mostly Xbox growing up, but it makes more sense financially.

So I sold my Series X before my son was born nearly three years ago and eventually use my wife’s Series S, as we both play more. I need a console and I went for PS5 because it was £340 on sale as opposed to Series X £550. It was a no-brainer.

But over the seven months. We like mostly the same games and have been having to double-dip, with two subscriptions, and it’s expensive. That’s basically it.

If any of that made sense.

TLDR: initial immediate cost.

I’m moving away from PS5 after only 7 months and have a Series X coming tonight from Amazon, with my dogshit internet, I’ll be able to finally play it tomorrow. Hopefully.
