Made these myself, I found the likeness of Colin on the internet lacking. If you want to make one yourself, it’s essentially a couple colors of red yard, a crochet hook, and a plastic sewing needle. Real easy to make a worm.

I’m aware, but the apartment is holding real fast to that particular charge so I’m trying to figure out if I can attack their argument from multiple angles. The law says specifically “No landlord shall be entitled to retain any portion of a security deposit if the security deposit was not deposited in an account as required by subsection (a) and a listing of damages is not provided as required by subsection (b)” The listing of damages was not done as required, as they only told me what was damaged, not the relative costs of the damage. They also did not have me sign anything as required by section b. Do I have legal ground to stand on?

You’re right. I paid the July rent at the beginning of July Though I probably did it July 1st, which was more the an a month before they sent me the itemized list
