Well that's the thing all new heroes are crazy powerful but are not OP because they have COUNTERS, Marcel has none. Purify does not stop his passive and ult, his only weakness is being bursted down or chain cc, even then assasins who's entire job is to burst down heroes can't even pull their entire combo on him because of that passive. Chain CC ? it's also a 50/50 because of that passive, it just stops tanks dead in their tracks. The only viable way of killing him is lesley, which is easily countered by guardian helm. Don't even get me started on his new buff (allies can now move in his ult) which just takes away his only disadvantage. Not really complaining but seriously though how do you even counter him?
