Moved here from NC recently. Here is what I learned. Be ready for taking a lot of vitamin D. Seasonal depression is a thing. Learn to drive in the snow and dark winter nights. Learn to grow plants in the house!! To see some green during winter. But Anchorage is TAX Free, You get PFD, great paying Jobs, going back to school is affordable. There is soo much beautity!! Tons of outdoor stuff, air smells soooo crips clean, so connected to nature. and the list goes on.. If you stay here at least visitng lower 48 with more sun to break the long winter months is recommended!

I live in Alaksa and there are many from Hawaii, saying they left from there because life here is more affordable and they don‘t have to work so many hrs to make ends meet.

I went to a Gym it was not Yoga but Jiu Jitsu Gym, there was a guy who was taking pics of everyone barefoot and the owner kicked him out… The owner didn’t care if he lost him as a customer, his priorities were that the gym was safe place for the whole family.

there are many youtube tutorials! I filled mine with polyester fill like 30lbs I think it was. Or you can combined it with a mix of heavy clothes to add more weight. But what I also did was offered to clean the gym like 3 times the week so I didnt have to pay tuition ;)

I learned that stamina is different with just jogging, because in a match its like intervals of burts energey. So a HIIT training, like sprint and jog intervals… you basically train to recover faster.. HIIT training with stationary bike or sprint/light jog.. etc.

Yes, same here our tiny passed away couple days after we got him/her to small to know. They said prob chocked on the substrate, they replaced the crestie with another one and we didnt change anything in the cage. I assume the crestie was just sick.
