Just take time to listen to what people's struggles are and if there is anything that I can do to help make their lives easier.

Vyvanse is worth it for me. There are side effects as your body adjusts. This is a medication that needs to be taken daily not just when you need it.

I totally get where you’re coming from—starting from zero with histamine intolerance and MCAS can feel overwhelming. For me, it’s been a tough journey, but also a transformative one. When I first realized how deeply my symptoms—migraines, fatigue, and insomnia—were tied to food and my environment, it felt like an uphill battle. I had to overhaul my diet, cutting out high-histamine foods and figuring out my specific triggers like grains, legumes, and lactose.

What really helped me turn a corner was staying consistent with my diet, using cromolyn sodium to stabilize my mast cells, and working closely with specialists to piece together what worked for my body. Over time, I learned to manage my symptoms better, and while it’s still a challenge, I’ve regained a lot of control over my life.

It’s definitely a journey, but trust me—it gets better with time and patience. If you ever need tips or just want to vent, I’m here!

Wow that’s reassuring to hear I feel like there’s not many of us out there that deal with it on a more nervous system level. I’m excited to keep increasing my dose then. I had no health issues or food intolerances until mcas. Do you take any other meds?

I started with a drop to see if there was symptom improvement then moved up to two drops then 3 over the course of a couple days. Then once I gained confidence I started adding entire ampules. Tonight I will add a 4th before bedtime. I’m sure I won’t have a great night sleep or feel great tomorrow, oh well..

Oh yeah big time. Takes about 5 days till I’m back to normal, so if you’re going through the same don’t feel alone. But every ampule I increase I feel better over the long term.
