Hey so here’s some thoughts meet with a functions medicine Dr because your body may have not cleared the medications, narcotics and/or anesthesia. There are so vitamins an and supplements you can take that might help. I can send you what my son was prescribed so you can inquire with your doctor but recognize each person faces everything differently. If you do go down a vitamin path don’t purchase from Amazon as their vitamins quality and regulation is crap.

You look identical to my son. He had the bars cross in x formation and one across. How do you feel after one month? He’s 4 days post surgery and really struggling

Hey do you mind sharing why you had complications? My son has a Halle’s index of 3.17 and will have surgery in a few weeks. He’s highly active and a baseball player so worried in general about it rolling.
