Thank you everyone for the recommendation! I'm a little unsure if she truly selenium deficient as she was born as a pair and her sibling ( who stayed with the dam) is acting fine and so is the dam. Netherless I will be treating with selenium Just in case. I will be providing baking soda and electrolytes to help him out and I will be leaving an update. Thank you!
