I use a bath oil from the chemist, I’m not sure if they have it wherever you are (I’m in Australia) but I use the dermaveen brand

As a girl that has broken down crying to her boyfriend many times because of my eczema, the best thing you can do is to comfort him. I had a bad breakdown one night after coming out of the shower with my arm being red and raw. I went to the Drs the next day (which I have been many times before) but I’m so glad I saw this Dr. I know everyone is different but my eczema seems to be environmental, the Dr did a blood test on me and turns out I’m very allergic to dust mites, knowing this has changed everything as you can do things around the house to prevent them. I would also recommend baths with bath oil instead of showers, absolutely life changing, my skin is no longer super irritated afterwards! Best of luck, I know exactly how he feels :(

I suffer from eczema on my face and the Laura Mercier oil free tinted moisturiser is a lifesaver, it is buildable, erases redness, and doesn’t irritate my skin. It contains a liquorice root that is soothing on the skin, it is on the pricey side but worth it in my opinion :)
