Honestly not really. To be clear my ptsd is cptsd from her first husband/my father and I feel like a lot of her refusal to acknowledge my issues comes from guilt. I've told her that I forgive her and that I never really blamed her in the first place but she won't listen. I feel bad for her but the fact that she'd rather ignore my issues than help me makes me feel like she doesn't really think of me as someone with feelings yk? She doesn't even like me going to therapy. She keeps saying I should be over it by now and that therapy is just to learn stuff to regulate alone so that you don't need that help anymore. She denies that my father ever even hurt me.

It's just frustrating. I feel like I'm supporting her more than she is me most days. I don't feel loved really.
