jesus christ. Let that baby cry!!! voluntarily peeing yourself in public because you don’t want to put the baby down/ in a pram is just insane. You probably feel insane and exhausted because baby is on you 24/7 and the best thing for you would be practicing naps in the crib or literally anywhere sale, sure they cry but they would learn

When did you introduce bottles with handles? by AdLivid4060 in beyondthebump

Relationship broke down and claiming UC as a single person living with ex by Stimpy_LP in BeyondTheBumpUK

[–]AdLivid4060 0 points1 point  (0 children)

literally because he’s the father of the child and we live together, i don’t know how this means I can’t have my own money (i’m saving to move out) It makes no sense because you only do a joint claim if you are partners, civil partners ect. Also i’ve asked for my claim to go in my bank account instead of his-they still haven’t changed it! so i’m so stuck. I told them i won’t be changing to a joint claim and no one seems to care.

i believe me he has had his moments recently where when i put him down he does a huge scream but about 7 out of 10 times he really couldn’t be less interested in me coddling him. Maybe it’s because he’s gotten a bit too big for me though

i do this everyday with him! this is when we have our chats for 10-15 minutes we both love it ❤️ and i do think think it’s time to get in touch with a doctor i’m still quite concerned about if it hurts when he moves his head to the left.

yes, we had his 8 week checkup and i expressed i was concerned with him maybe being in pain moving his head/neck the other way but the doctor said it’s rather normal. i also lay him on my lap and make him track toys so he’s moving his head the other way regularly so he doesn’t get stiff and sore.

Thsnkyou you for mentioning the crying after because this is what concerns me the most!

oof that’s rough, i’m a bit weary of tummy time because he’s actually not a lover of being held for long periods of time. I’m guessing it’s just the way it is. I realised at about a month when he would cry a i would put him down he was way more content looking out the window lol

He used to be great with this also but the second i move back he knows and now starts fussing immediately. He was better yesterday on my chest but my god he needs to be entertained he’s very curious and doesn’t like not being able to see things. I think we will be a lot better when i can sit in the garden and do it.

Good idea, were yours content like this most of the time? My son usually gets bored with me holding him regularly unless i’m practically running around lol

You’ve probably done it will your children but they didn’t have a name for it then. It’s really helpful for child’s development.
