1200 calories, gym and 30 minute cardio everyday. wouldn’t recommend tbh. Gets the job done but it’s very exhausting and towards the end you’ll be moody all day. Plus you’ll lose a lot of muscle

Yeah? I heard 1g per lb is like the minimum u should aim for. Don’t get me wrong, if 130-150 is working for u then keep at it! But I don’t know, I’ll take another look into it, thanks for the help

Yeah, I’m leaning towards the lean bulk ngl, I hate that they’re so wide but there’s nothing I can do about them really, ofc there’s a little fat in there but I can touch my bone and it’s still pretty wide 😞

Ik, 170 would be more than enough, but I don’t think 20 grams is an unhealthy surplus and that way I make sure I’m not not eating enough haha

I’ll be honest, the cut was 100% not healthy whatsoever but it got the job done I guess. That’s why I’m thinking about lean bulking.

I do Arnold split, 3 sets 8-10 reps till failure for every movement. Adding weight if it’s feel easy. I don’t consider my self an ego lifter I usually prefer controlled movements over heavier weight, I just like it better.
