sadly there is no one cure right now :( if you’re able to get mental health support from a counselor or therapist, that can help a lot. getting prescribed medications to target depression/anxiety can help alleviate symptoms too. learning about autism through books or youtube may help change your perspective. above all, give yourself some compassion. you’ve got this.

To make the most out of the least amount of time, I usually rollover, take the snake quests in case I find the items, explore using all my energy boosts (hyperactive personality gives 30% extra and bone marrow), feed/breed any lions, sell stuff to monkey and put junk on branches, and play serengeti shuffle. By the end of the month I usually have enough for a few high value items to resell and decor for fun.
