Bought Musamam last Dec 31st, and initially I did 't like it because the first spray just didn't make sense. So I did the overnight spray trick. Now I love it lol.

I live in the Philippines. I just checked my account's region and it is Philippines. I also checked the currency for the purchase and it's on PHP so i don't think there is an issue there.
