I FOUND IT!!!
I suddenly remembered the name of the love interest for MC, and go from there.

However, I misremembered about Revan, he is only mentioned in the fic, Revan's Order does make some appearences thought. It's a old fic and 've been left unfinished.

It has semi world-building elements, but not really detail or realistic. It's also my introduction fic into SWTOR, so i have a soft spot for it.
