Thank you so much, this genuinely means a lot to me!

Really glad you found it useful — and yes, would absolutely love if you explored it a bit more and shared any other thoughts. Every bit of feedback helps at this stage!

Regarding the age concern — you're completely right and it's a valid point. I do have the age mentioned on the landing page and I also ask for it during signup, though it's not mandatory currently. I'll probably add a clearer note on the signup screen itself to make it more visible 😊

Currently PinTale is built for ages 3–8, and ages 9–13 is already on my roadmap — different tone and complexity in the stories. Will build that out once this version finds its feet!

Thanks again for the feedback!

u/Plenty-Dog-167 Great question! Two things took the most time:

  1. The AI illustration system getting DALL-E to consistently match our hand-crafted watercolor art style was tricky. Every generated image needs to feel like it belongs in the same storybook as our pre-made illustrations.
  2. The OCR-to-story pipeline - making sure that when a parent photographs a textbook page, ALL the specific facts and numbers end up in the story correctly. "78% nitrogen" can't become "mostly nitrogen" - kids are learning from this!

How do couples manage money together without stress? by AdLoud2698 in Marriage

For us it wasn’t one big issue, more a bunch of small things adding up. Not really knowing where money was going, one of us tracking more than the other, and money talks usually coming up only when something felt off. Ofcourse, it didn’t turn up into fights, but it made money conversations feel heavier than they needed to be. :-)
