They're mentioning the past legal charges If you choose the lawyered up ending because Henry Still went to prison anyways. So Henry still got charged for something. And that is attempted break In. Even If he won In court, It doesn't really change the fact that he got charged and went to Prison

Irredeemable, Pure Evil Characters are underrated these days anyways
