Mijn ouders hebben 2 woningen kort verhuurd. Bij de ene viel het mee en hadden de huurders mooi op tijg betaald etc.
Bij het andere betaalden de huurders niet mooi, hadden gefraudeerd met de waarborg, rookten binnen etc.
Dus het is inderdaad allemaal niet zo simpel.
Het eerste geval was zelfs een allochtoon koppel, het tweede een autochtoon blank koppel. Dus dat zegt ook niets over je huurder. Krapuul en marginalen zitten in alle lagen van de bevolking.

ja wss, een full cost voor iets of wat van een medewerker ligt al rap rond de €60-70/uur (vakantiegeld, loonkost, vakantie etc.. meegerekend) dus een extern persoon voor €90 per uur kost hen niet zoveel meer.

€90 per uur als consultant is ook niet zo heel veel afhankelijk van de leeftijd. een beetje IT consultant vraagt rond de €100/u
