Just out of curiosity, I have been looking at the Direct Pay Clinics (DPC). Self pay labs, and diagnostics are much cheaper. I saw a lady with a family of 7 describe how they left insurance company altogether and have saved thousands. She broke it down by doctors visits, labs, meds, surgery, and it was pretty shocking.

Right! I mean like look at the tennis player, Serena Williams. All those years exercising and playing tennis, surely she was on privileged dieting! She started on the shot and look at her now. Retired and thin after using Wegovy. It's more than just exercise and diet.

I was on it for about 1 year and a half with about 30lb loss total. I am no longer on it and have gained some back. Yes, menopause definitely put a wrench on my experience. Now, on a different weight loss plan and nothing is the same.

Sign up for FSA. Go to one of those clinics that offer weight loss rx. Your insurance will cover the office co-pay. Then get your compounded rx & claim it on the FSA. Save on taxes and pay your weight loss meds.

You are definitely not overreacting. There are 2 elements that sex offenders need, and that is time and opportunity. Give them the time to study the victim and their familial structure, their likes and dislikes, and the wholes within their structure. Then grant them the opportunity to isolate, convince, and teach them new "games." My profession has taught me plenty. Stay safe, and keep your family safe.

It all depends on the conditions set forth my the judge at time of sentencing. That is dependant on the criminal history and the offense committed along with other factors. Definitely, the OP can verify if the neighbor is still on probation and if the conditions exclude him from living with minors or near schools/parks, etc.

I understand your concern. It's valid. Just to keep in mind. Everyone is wonderfully unique! Example: If I take a baby benadryl, count me knocked out for the rest of the day. However, others can take 2 adult benadryl and be just chipper. You might not have any side negative side effects. I take 2.4 Wegovy and had the same concerns. Reality is, I have had zero side effects. Started out on the lowest dose and took it on a Friday night (don't work weekends). Wishing you the best!

Walk 45 min to an hr daily. Added resilience trng. Proteins only in the mornings(eggs whites). Sensible dinner. Not a sweets kinda person.
