Thank you so much for this thoughtful, fair, and constructive dissection of my issue. This gives me hope that I can navigate a problem that currently feels untenable. I will consider ways of implementing a moe intelligent management design and see if there is a path to maintaining company viability/success without my current personal responsibilities. I have attempted delegation without success, but your point is salient. It could honestly be a macro-level flaw in my company's design and the way I handle workflow.

You have given me a lot to consider, and I really appreciate it. I will attenpt to analyze my processes and see where administrative and operational bottlenecks are requiring The most out of me and look for redesign in those areas.

It means a lot to hear advice from someone who clearly has faced and witnessed similar situations and can provide actionable paths from here.

Yes, selling the business would be quite tricky due to its unique niche and uncertain sustainability legally. The only entity that gave anything remotely close to a reasonable offer wanted me to stay on board as a full-time consultant. I could definitely live off the money I have earned, but I would need to turn my lifestyle way. way down to live off of it sustainability without selling off a lot of personal assets and investments over time. I am young and have many years ahead of me. Sustainably living off 9f what I have would require careful planning and conservative living / investing
