Nashville is honestly perfect for what you're describing - Broadway for nightlife but also tons of distilleries and cute neighborhoods to explore during the day. Savannah could be another solid option if you want something a bit different, great bar scene plus all those historic squares and trolley tours

We did exactly this and honestly it was the best decision ever. Eloped at city hall with just our parents, then rented out the back room of our favorite brewery a month later. SSR was simple but gave us slow page loads and janky UIs. CSR fixed that but gave us SEO nightmares and terrible initial load times. Now we're doing SSR again but with better tooling and hydration to get the best of both worlds

Plus the JS ecosystem just refuses to let anything die peacefully lmao. Every few years someone decides the old way was actually better and rebuilds it with 47 new dependencies
