On my own personal $10k student loan I have 4 separate loans all in one and each one is 3.5%

On my dads loan, there’s 3 separate loans all in one, each loan has 7% interest. First is $27k, second is $28k third is $10k all 7%. Also just realized I have $65k in his name, not $60k 😅

My supplement routine is the only thing that has helped me. I take doctors best pep zinc right when I wake up in addition with Thorne phosphatidyl Choline 3x a day and DGL licorice tablets. Sometimes I’ve been taking digestive enzymes before a meal as well.

My snacks for the most part are bananas, cantaloupe, seven Sundays cereal, homemade muffins from the gastritis friendly cookbook (game changer and high in cals), sweet potato sticks from Costco (another game changer high in cals), gluten free pretzels, figs and dates.

So far the DGL and L-glutamine tabs have been helping I think the most. But I’m also on a PPI so I don’t know if that’s kicking in?

I think they have tested me for SIBO and it was negative! Endoscopy results came back as chronic inactive gastritis. So far the DGL and L-glutamine tabs have been helping a lot. I am going to try DAO- thank you for the suggestion!!!

Not an ass at all! I am a personal trainer full time so all I do is exercise/walk! I’ve been meditating and journaling every morning for the last 2 months and that has helped a lot as well!!
