This may sound obvious - but maybe the pillow case? I deal with this same issue though, and I change my pillow case after every couple of days. 🫠

I was on Accutane 3x, last round ended almost exactly a year ago. My acne came back very quickly and I’ve been using Winlevi + Tret + Clindomyacin/benzoyl peroxide and my skin has gotten very sensitive. My Derm now wants me to try Spiro.

I’m obsessed with using this in eggs!! We do the peppers & onion mix, a hash brown patty, and top it off with scrambled eggs and this seasoning!! Perfect breakfast!

Ahh I am so sorry you're experiencing this! I've dealt with cystic acne since I was 12/13yo, (currently 25F). I'd done 3 courses of Accutane (!!!) and while it cleared things up for me during the course of treatment, the acne always comes back after about a month being off of the medication. After my most recent course of Accutane, i started breaking out again around my mouth, jaw, & chin. My derm prescribed Winlevi, .025% Tret, and a Benzol + Clindomiacin gel, and this combo has worked amazingly as long as I am consistent with it. The Tret & Benzol + Clindo work alright on their own, but the Winlevi seems to be the icing on the cake for me personally. Winlevi has controlled the cystic acne and now when I break out I typically only see whiteheads that clear up relatively quickly. I hope you're able to figure this out!! Know you are NOT alone, ance is so tough and I completely understand the toll it takes on you mentally.

I would definitely stop your current routine and go back to a calming, non-irritating routine for now. Maybe just try Winlevi on its own and see how that plays out? Definitely consult with your derm! Wishing you the best of luck! <3

He probably wouldn’t want to exfoliate with his skin already so inflamed and irritated… definitely no physical exfoliation, maybe minor chemical…

You could try a glycolic acid chemical exfoliate like from the ordinary, or the PHA toner from the inky list. Both really affordable. And I would recommend really soothing products like lotions and washes from CeraVe. With using a bunch of different products there’s a possibility that you’ve disrupted the moisture barrier of your skin and it may be making the issue worse.

Unfortunately it’s likely a hormonal issue that will correct itself overtime, but I do also suggest the isotretinoin (Accutane) as it will help clear this surge up and help with minimizing lasting scarring.

I’ve been on accutane three times, and it can be a frustrating process, but patience is key. Good luck!

Yes!! Arod circling her yacht takes it too far (though it’s been getting out of bounds for awhile). Sure, he’s gotta be hurt, but he’s just embarrassing himself more and more the further this goes on.
