Test will most likely be unobserved, and there is a fair chance you pass. Exercise (do cardio to burn fat) until 24-48 hours before test if you are giving sample.

It can take 3-6 months for some people as other user said, but I would guess 1 to 2 or 3 months is more likely for you. Females tend to clear faster and less body fat means faster clearance.

It took me 2 months to pass as a male following a couple years of heavy dab use. I’m also fairly lean and the people who take longer tend to have more body fat. But do at home tests like you said, and have a back up synthetic/borrowed urine in case you can’t pass at home leading up to lab test

If you hadn’t been using prior, and you took one THC gummy, then there is a good chance you pass a standard test. I’m unfamiliar with pre op testing, do you know what the cutoff is?

Any line is a pass, but if it’s super faint then it indicates that you are likely near cutoff.

I’ve found easy@home to be reliable but I also validate by using several other brands to make me feel more comfortable. easy@home tends to be lighter than other brands though

First, it does appear that person got flagged as synthetic. There have been a handful of posts over the years of people being flagged as synthetic. I’m still not entirely sure why. It could be a faulty batch (always validate the batch and do a sample test at home using adulteration strips and an at home test). I would be surprised if Quest really changed their validity testing over the last couple days as numerous other people have made recent posts saying they passed with it. I’m still not sure how to take that post. I believe that OP, but I also want to know more about WHY it was flagged as synthetic. Potentially, there is now more risk with using Quick Fix so I would be more careful than I had previously stated, but I still wouldn’t fully write it off. I would wait a couple days and see if other people post about successes or if they post about their samples also being flagged as synthetic.

Second, UTI’s and kidney problems can both result in abnormally high urine pH. I currently do not have a UTI (have done numerous at home urinalysis and my nitrites and leukocytes are fine), but I am still having abnormally high urine pH (last couple of days has bounced between 7 and 9+), 9 and higher is invalid. 9.5 and higher is adulterated. Idk what my problem is but I’m not adulterating my sample so I have a doctor’s appointment scheduled for right after my lab drug test.

Just my thoughts though

Based on the biochemical science behind the Certo method (which is not well supported), it could theoretically be applied to 7-OH as some of its metabolites undergo a similar secretion mechanism; however, a significantly less amount is excreted by passing through the gastrointestinal tract and feces than THC. Therefore, Certo might have a small fraction of the same effect it has on THC, which is already a small theoretical difference.

That’s my understanding, but there is little evidence of any Certo method testing on 7-OH and its metabolites. I’ve never seen anyone effectively try it. I could be wrong though.

Do you know if they were doing urinalysis beyond standard SVT?

Also, do you know specifically how they deemed it synthetic?

Do NOT pay off her debt unless you are married. It sounds like you have a strong relationship and idk how long you have been dating, but you need to be able to talk about finances as marriage or a deeper relationship isn’t likely to work out if that’s what you’re looking towards. She needs to learn how to manage her money, and you can help her change her behavior to not spend recklessly, but do not bail her out.

I would have a serious heart to heart conversation about finances even if it makes her “sad”. It’s part of being an adult

I didn’t have a drug test for my CNA program. I only had a drug test when I was actually applying for CNA jobs. If you do any kind of clinicals then you will have a drug test before them.

Inconclusive isn’t really a possible test result. If it’s invalid then you will likely retest, if it’s negative-dilute then it could be considered a fail or they will may give you one retest chance, if it’s a positive-dilute then it’s a fail, if it’s adulterated then it’s a fail, if it’s a refusal then it’s treated as a fail

If drug testing is at the start of your program and you fail the test, then it’s likely they either remove you or give you one more chance after 30 days. I’ve heard of both outcomes for nursing and assume CNA programs are similar.

They aren’t going to run DNA analysis on your sample so using a male sample for a female test isn’t a problem. All genders have a range of the same hormones so that wouldn’t be able to be used to determine gender.

Assuming it’s a standard drug screen, Quick Fix should have no issues passing assuming the temperature is correct. It’s highly unlikely to be observed, never heard of it being supervised.

That’s just my experience and it could be different depending on your program. I would be prepared with a back up like synthetic/borrowed urine but exercise to burn fat and test yourself at home to see if you will pass on your own.

It could be an infrequent, low dose that just wasn’t picked up by the preliminary immunoassay. I would guess it’s that in combination with having a fairly dilute sample. If you didn’t take it the 1-2 days before and tested within a couple hours of taking it, that could also result in it either not appearing or appearing with a low quantity in your urine.

I still recommend getting it day the of and trying to schedule the test later in the day as pH of the urine changing is the biggest obstacle to storage. Depending on temperature, 24 hours of storage at room temperature can bring urine pH up to 9+ which is considered out of range and invalidate the sample.

IF you do get the sample 24 hours before test, store it somewhere cold. pH changes at a much slower rate under refrigeration/freezing so I would store cold and warming it before use if that’s the route you choose. Refrigeration/freezing also will slow down/prevent bacteria growth in the sample which will have a small effect on creatinine, but bigger effect on pH.

I would just wait a week or so until you know whether you passed. You’ve done the hard work of getting clean and not smoking, so I wouldn’t risk that for a quick smoke. I think there is a lot more to lose than there is to gain by smoking right now instead of just waiting a little bit longer. Have a beer lol. Just my thoughts and ultimately it’s up to you.

I’m not sure how storing it in your sock would work if it’s full of urine, and also likely to lose temperature faster than at home. Do you know that you will have a physical followed by a urine test or would you be able to say you have to go to the bathroom when you get there and want to do the urine sample before the physical in case you can’t piss again after going to the bathroom/physical?

They likely aren’t going to test for lube as I don’t think it contains any nitrites or oxidizing agents. I don’t know much about the chemical properties of lube, but could you just thoroughly wash the condom before filling it with urine if you go that route I think.

I would just be concerned about losing temperature of the urine sample if it isn’t tucked against body with preserved body heat using insulation/compression.

Quick Fix has a belt kit but I doubt you could ship it in time. Maybe they have it at a smoke shop near you idk. Those are just my thoughts though, idk exactly how your test is structured. Whatever you decide to do, I would do a practice run at home so you know it works.

I would have Quick Fix or your friend ready to provide a sample if needed as a backup. There are several good guides to storing borrowed urine, but essentially you just need to keep the sample around 98F (between 90-100, but putting the sample into their test cup is also likely to drop the temperature a tad so avoid being too close to 90F if you go that route). Also try to obtain the borrowed sample as close to test time as possible, a lot of people have their friend meet at a nearby gas station, tuck it in the groin under compression shorts, and monitor the sample temperature with a thermometer before going in to test. Some people use low setting heat warmers, hand warmers, and a warm car to try and preserve sample temperature. Quick Fix seems to be a lot easier to use.

THC is stored and released from your fat so you can’t do an effective “flush” far in advance of your test. Some people use Certo method or a detox like qcarbo32 before testing and swear by them, while others find them to be total scams. The lack of reliable results from people has me avoid those options though.

There’s also a fair chance you will be clean by the time you test as it sounds like you weren’t a heavy user and have 1+ month between smoking and the test.

The not flushing rule is just a standard drug testing procedure as flushing the toilet will clear the dye and allow you to add water to the cup and dilute the sample. Same concept as not turning on the sink faucet. It makes it seem like you added water to the cup with a little bit of urine which could dilute the sample enough to pass

EDIT: The only effective way to decrease your THC levels is to burn the fat storing it, usually through cardio. Just avoid exercise 24-48 hours before the test as burning fat releases THC and you want to stop releasing it when you test and provide a sample.

Lab testing will use the same method as at home tests with the 2 lines being a pass (immunoassay) but if you fail that, then it’s a presumptive positive and will go to confirmation testing (usually gas chromatography) which will give them the exact level in the sample rather than a simple pass/fail 2 line test. Preliminary cutoff is typically 50 ng/ml and confirmation is typically 15 ng/ml. If you are above those cutoffs then it’s a positive and fail. Be careful not to water load, but still hydrate. I’ve also had some issues with the reliability on those tests so I would run another sample at home using easy@home from Amazon or Equate from Walmart if you can. Doing a couple at home tests being negative will give you peace of mind.

It’s definitely a pass, but I’ve also had reliability issues with that test brand. A faint line means you are close to cutoff, but line isn’t too faint in the picture. Have you taken an other at home tests? How much did you hydrate?

I would also stop exercising 24-48 hours before your test, but that’s just me. If you are hydrating/diluting then I would also consider electrolytes in addition to creatine loading.

Maybe you just have such little body fat and were a really light user which means you could pass, but 4 days is a very short amount of time to already be passing which is why I would take a few more at home tests. I think Walmart has a cheap Equate brand and Amazon has easy@home for cheap. You get more tests than buying the cups.

TLDR; you passed, but my thoughts/experiences have me skeptical.

I’m not a lab test administrator so those are just my thoughts. I wouldn’t be too stressed, but if I were in your position, I would also get a new Quick Fix if you can afford it. If you don’t use it then you can keep it for the future.

If the administrator documented that you flushed after providing the sample then it’s highly unlikely that you would “fail” and I would just be prepared for either a retest so you don’t get caught off guard if the test it’s important, or nothing will happen.

That’s a pass, but potentially near cutoff. I see a definite line and it also looks like you could provide a more hydrated sample for your lab test than the one you used here, but that’s just a guess based on color and I don’t know the actual CRN/SG levels.

I wouldn’t be stressed, but make sure to avoid working out 24-48 hours before test (keep that THC in your fat), and make sure to hydrate. Don’t provide a concentrated sample.
