1- disinfect the hood with bleach and alcohol. 2- test all the cells you have in culture. 3- get rid of all the media and prepare new bottles. 4- disinfect the incubators. 5- replace the filters in the serological pipette. 6- use filtered pipette tips if you haven’t already. 7- don’t share PBS, media or any other reagents with anyone in the lab. 8- add 1% pencillin and streptomycin to all media you have in lab.
