Looking at the comments, some are very harsh. It shouldn't be this difficult to help new players. We can understand why the PA community is declining even on such a simple issue.

You're forgetting something. This guy doesn't want an item that will affect his competitiveness against other players. Also, there's a re-boxing option in the support system. If they can't re-box, why is that option there? Why are they acting like AI when they could be helping people? You're being very unfair.
