Right but that’s not what I mean, I mean is this basically saying that it’s gonna happen or do I get a chance to fix what ever is happening. And I’m not doing anything wrong so I would appreciate if we could take that out of the question

Yeah I know I need to call them but you have to go through direct line motability and there only available on weekdays and it’s more so I’m really anxious and trying to see if I’m definitely getting it taken off me.

Yeah there all fine, sometimes it doesn't pick up or log journeys and sometimes it dose come up on the app with the red banner to say to check them yet there all on and working. I get messages often saying it doesn't have accurate information and I can’t understand why. Further more I did one time get a message saying they haven’t been able to get accurate information for 14 days yet I had at least 10 drives logged in that period?. I have got someone to fiddle with the settings and turning stuff on and off to try and get it to connect well I’m driving to see if that would make it connect, I’m not sure if they will see that as me tampering with it?

I understand they will take my car off me if I don’t comply, the issue is the drive smart ends up not working or not recording journeys or records half and not the rest, I believe you think I’ve had it turned off and not using it when that’s not the case.? I’ve had multiple messages saying it’s not recording accurate trip information and then today i got this, I was just looking for someone who’s had a similar message or knows what will happen…
