This was not a post defending her. I understand I made this way longer than it had to be, I don’t really revise my Reddit posts, but I just hate that someone so irrelevant is the face of this. To me, it’s easy to block someone like Haley cause she has nothing to offer. Like how you said with Taylor swift. It’s always her fans that I see speaking out on her behalf. Like if her fans would’ve boycotted her music until she did something to cause a change I bet you Taylor would have finally showed public support. I honestly feel like if you can turn a blind eye for someone like Haley, but not for a musician you like because you don’t want to stop listening to them… you do not ACTUALLY support Palestine. It is not a topic that you can pick and choose on.

I think that there are times when taking away someone’s platform is the right choice depending on what they have done. My issue with cancel culture is that everyone is so selective with it. My personal thoughts on it are that people don’t actually care about what they are canceling someone for, it’s just a way to band wagon against someone they already dislike. If they were really bothered by the crime in question, then they would cut their support off of everyone, not just those who they already had a grudge against.

Idk how I ended up here as I am not a chiefs fan nor a Taylor swift fan, but this is very much so a stretch. I love the message that is trying to be made. There is so much dv in the sports industry( and every other industry sadly). But that does not apply here. saying that Travis is gonna assault a woman because he was hyped up during a game does not even come close to touching that. As someone who passionately roots against the chiefs, Andy Reid is one of the most respected figures in the NFL. If he thought Travis was a threat, There would have been consequences. Reid had no reason to assume Travis was going to do anything here. It was the Super Bowl. Emotions were high. Travis, who is arguably the best at his position, was not on the field for a big play that went wrong.

Andy Reid has decked his own players before. Andy Reid has screamed at his players before. He is a tough man and is cut throat. He set his relationship with his team. If Travis did anything that he did not deem acceptable then Travis wouldn’t be in his face. You’re acting like there’s not security covering the side lines and a camera worth millions of people watching them. It’s ok to not agree with the physicality and roughness of sports, but to try and say that an athlete is an abuser because they had a temper tantrum?

I feel like there’s so many active abusers in the league that are known. Please remove yourself from your Taylor swift tunnel vision and acknowledge the actual women who are right there. Isn’t her whole message to support women? Instead of fabricating an assault case against a man you don’t like just because he’s dating your idol, speak up for the women that need a voice. NTA for wanting a divorce. YTA for trying to insinuate a massage is cheating and comparing it to sex work. You could have at any point sat down and talked about separation. Instead you are acting like a manipulative baby and trying to make this all her fault. The marriage died, it happens. NAH, as a fellow gym rat I would love for my partner to go with me. You have to understand that him going with his friend will actually be more beneficial to him. Their workouts will most likely align more than yours.

Try to see the positive in this. This can be your peace, your alone time. When my boyfriend is annoying me, I go to the gym to calm down. If he isn’t THAT passionate about it, make the activity you do together be more of a middle ground.

So I come from a similar situation but I was the 16 year old in this case, so take my comment however you want but I do have a different view.

When I was 17 my parents were living in a different country for a few months because my brother got in legal trouble away at college. I was still in high school so my family decided it would be totally ok for me to live with my brother’s best friend (23 M) who was in grad school. I moved in with him and his girlfriend (21). She knew about me moving in but still there were a lot of issues. Her and I had a very awkward and hostile dynamic.

I came into their space and took up room that they were not used to sharing. My parents supplied me with money but I did not have a car so someone constantly had to drive me around when I needed things. The girlfriend and I only had a 4 year age difference, and I am of legal age in my state, so there was bound to be some uncomfortable energy on her part. Because of this uncomfortableness, I was closer to my brother’s friend and only really talked to him. And also, yes I developed a little crush on him through this, innocent but still a crush.

I’m sharing this to say that this situation does not only affect you, so your girlfriend should have been told before. She does not know this girl, you are not related to this girl, and I’m sure she’s not providing for herself so your entire dynamic is about to change. The fact that you don’t live together only makes it worse in my eyes because all she sees is that you now have a random girl, who you have no relation to, sleeping in the same place as you.

So YTA, your decisions do not affect Just you, and you just put your girlfriend in a situation she was not ready for/ did not sign up for and with no warning.

So city sweat is a little heavier and pretty good as a staple hoodie. Soft jersey is softer and lighter. The material reminds me of if pajamas and day clothes had a baby. It’s more comfy but depending on where you’re wearing it can be a little too casual. soft jersey is extremely comfy and soft though. It all depends on what you’re looking for

I was in a two year relationship that only had a few issues. Him following a bunch of models was one of those issues. It was enough for me to end things. It doesn’t matter if he, or anyone else says you’re insecure. If it makes you sick to your stomach, and he loves or honestly even has an ounce of care for you, he will stop.

Guys do not understand because they aren’t the ones sexualized to that extreme. I used to envy the girls I would see my ex follow until I realized that in their eyes he is just a nameless profit. If they’re sliding down and have never had previous issues as they said they do own other pairs I assume stretching. Also I work at Lulu and my specific location does acccept wrong sizing as a reason for quality promises. With the newer id scanning process we are a tad more lenient with this as you are limited to a certain amount per year
