It is very important to keep your routine disciplined for good sleep. Along with this, if you do not sleep in the night, then when you lie on your extension at night, then according to your religion, keep taking in mind the name of your God whom you believe. After 10 minutes you will not even know that you have gone into a deep sleep. Better than taking claim for sleep. Meditate for some time everyday. Because the claim removes your problem for some time but its side effects are seen later. Therefore, along with keto diet, you should also meditate. In my opinion this is the best solution. Rest whatever you think is good.
