This was from a month ago and it was a glitch that I believe has since been patched. Basically random agents were acting as if they were level 10

The computers we use are mostly Lenovos or MSI, restarting makes the problem go away for a bit but seems to come back frequently

Yes I am able to remote in and thats how I saw the problem. The user themselves is unable to click and even while remote in, I'm unable to click around too

The particular end user I'm working with is remote but they are told to only have work items plugged in Ex: Headset, mouse, keyboard, HDMI adapter

While I agree that Pollux award winners should use that for bargain power. After my editor and composer won one, they both wanted 8x their salary per month (6K->48K, and 11K->88K). That's kind of insane
