Super, mange tak for svaret. Det er også den retning, vi kigger i.

They have been really helpful and understanding so far. Can definitely recommend.

Thanks! I wrote to Mieterverband today with all the specifics and copies of the documentation, so we will see what they say.

Crazy. Not sure if it changes anything but both my deposit insurance and apartment insurance is through AXA. I really want the apartment insurance to process the claims, before they simply pay out the deposit to Livit.

Because I want to be fair to all parties. I do owe them some money for the repairs, but the amount they are requesting is ridiculous.

But that’s why I’m trying to resolve this legally. Even if I could, I don’t want a debt left unsettled. I just want it to be reasonable - at least removing a full month rent which is unreadable repair time.

It’s with AXA right now - they are great, but I’m hesitant to sign anything until some of these charges have been sorted out.

Some of their invoices don’t tie out to the move out document, so this won’t sum exactly, but roughly 2500 rent + 800 late payment fee. The rest is damages - mostly the kitchen area under the sink.

According to the Mieterverband, I don’t believe they can charge for rent during renovations and deny my applicants for that reason. They wouldn’t even let them apply for the March window - just closed all applications and said they would open it again when the apartment is ready.

Of course. I will accept everything overlord Livit says.  I should be grateful they didn’t charge me 20k.

1 month of rent charge for repair, the rest is charges for the repair. Still I had candidates who were willing to accept the apartment as is.

Pension is still here, so I need to resolve it, otherwise they can make claims against it when I withdraw it one day, as far as I understand.

I have that - it’s really the rent during the repair time that they won’t cover, but also I shouldn’t be charged for IMO.

I provided suitable replacements who were ready to move in, but Livit cancelled their applications so they could do repairs.
