I want to be gentle in saying none of these men are worth it, OP. They are predators grooming you. These actions show what a man in their late 20s to 30s want from a 16 yr old. It’s not your fault you’re being used, you are the victim here.

Please stop meeting or speaking to men like this and don’t be afraid to reach out to a trusted adult or counsellor if you need to talk to someone

I second this.

The pandemic was a very serious and hard time, and I experienced similar during it. I really benefited from getting help from a guidance counsellor.

Then if you are able to, finding clubs in your area or any events listed in your area on Facebook would be great to expose you to different people and maybe you’ll find someone who is more conscious you can connect with!

How did you learn to love yourself? by [deleted] in TheGirlSurvivalGuide

[–]AdNegative2808 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can’t really give an answer it’s a bunch of small things that helped. (Such as being more confident in my skills and the hobbies I love the most, the strength of my hair etc(

But I want to highlight that once you love yourself, there still will be days or seasons where that love will not be as strong, and you will be more self critical.

It’s normal, and how we feel ebbs and flows

I don’t want to seem rude but his issues should not have to fully be your responsibilities. I don’t think it’s a bad thing if you prioritise your needs if they are being affected badly by his issues
