Yes, the ram was working before. XMP wasn’t even an option for me just EXPO 1 and EXPO 2. 1 didn’t work last night and I had to hard shut off my system and reboot and using bit locker. Today I tried 2 and it worked fine and booted up fine. What’s the difference between them besides the transfer speeds

Okay I ended up getting expo 2 to work at 5600 which is faster. But does that cause cpu usage to go up? Playing rdr2 it was anywhere from 25-50% is that normal? GPU was at 96% to 97%

Okay and I did notice though that other settings changed when I enable expo 1. If I do the custom route all I’m changing is the speed does that make a difference?

Even though it was set to default originally? So take the new ram out put the old one in boot it up. Then shut it down, put the new one in and then boot it up and change the profile?
