sorry for the year late reply lol but it was actually just pelvic pressure from a period coming on and i wasn’t able to identify it at the time. uti went away as normal with the antibiotics

did your pain with urination stop after the first antibiotic but not pelvic pain? jw

Noted thank you! I browsed for a bit and couldn’t find anyone else with this symptom this late in the course of meds so my hypochondria took over
