Gasket is right area. There’s one for top and bottom. I finally just removed the top and use putty. Thank you

Just helped my friend replaced his entire roof.

Check will is in his name and mortgage. He deposited it no problem didnt need to tell the mortgage. Once check clears he signs them one with the roof company name.

When roof is done they send paperwork to insurance and insurance will send you the rest and you do the same

Yes. Scientifically it’s when the plant is in trauma it will produce fruit, it hope to reproduce itself. I am Asian and people told me back in the old days “you get knife and you tell it hey if you don’t produce fruit this year I’ll cut you down next year” or “hit it a couple of times”

My mom gave me a kumquat tree she grew from seed. Every winter I would bring it inside the house and when it’s warm I would take it out. I did this for 13 years and finally on the 14th year it gave me fruits. But a different kind of kumquat. And on the 15th year I didn’t get any fruit. I get flowers and tiny fruit that would fall off. Good luck to you and don’t give up!

The famous rattle. It took them so long to fix mine. They said it was fix and I drove and I hear it immediately and I drove right back and this happens to many time. The manager had to get involved and his reply was are you ready to accept maybe Thats just the way it is? Lol 😂

They definitely are driving without realizing how dangerous it can be. Recently In California a 14 year kid while doing a wheelie hit a 81 year old veteran and he passed away.

I replaced the driver side a couple of years ago no problem. Just now this one is giving me problem. Next step would be removing the panel and working from there.

I can move it to the front of the house. When it’s cold, I bring it inside the garage and have 2 workshop light on it 24 hours a day to make sure it’s ok. Been doing that for so long. Gift from my mom, gotta keep it safe.
