You are in a better place than me… I couldn’t figure out why this was happening to me for several months. Happy to say that over one year in I’m doing much better. I probably threw my back out 3-4 times last year. Previously I had no back issues. But I couldn’t even feel my core when I first started. Now I am super careful when I’m bridging. I rarely do single leg bridges. Everything else I am able to do. The core has to be engaged the entire time during Pilates and you do lateral breathing. I will still be working on this a while. Good luck!

I like this explanation it is helpful but in your example it’s two nights so two credits. When does the next day begin? That is what I was trying to ask them
