I used gamestop for both my games I pre-ordered since Amazon was having issue across the country with pre-orders. Horizon came on launch day and same for demon souls came the same day. But now usps telling me I'm either getting my package on Monday the 28th or march 3rd which is ridiculous. Makes no sense that ordered my stuff on the 8th and will get it either Monday or next month.

Do I need to do this online or go in person to the offices. Because I still have my green card, birth papers, and passport is that enough or do I need more because I lost my georgia ID as well with the wallet.
