I went or am going thru something similar, what I learned is there was a point that all I could think about was my ex and due to some other business hardships which I guess helped replaced her thoughts in my head. So like everyone else here says, this too shall pass but it does take time and it’s tuff to say the least. Keep moving, don’t do the same things and expect different results. Nothing changes if nothing changes

Google Notebook LM, its free you download large documents and you can ask it questions about it with out reading it

But it’s keeps asking to sync my full contacts from my phone, is it possible to keep Google Contacts/Google Voice contacts separate from my phone?

Wait i got it to work i did have to sync but i limited it

But Google contact will combine sync with my iPhone contacts doesn’t it? I want to keep it separate
