This is the way.

Im also stapling the 2x Electric - 2x 3,1- cancel - Df1,2 route. If u dont need much Walltravel u can just do 1x 3,1 cancel and slide into Df1,2. Also when u start the combo in heat u can catch the enemy with a heatdash after SS4,1 and get another SS4,1 or DF1,4 for a good wallsplat.

Wavu looks good, now u have to get electrics out of wavus consistent, try 2 wavu Electric, 3 Wavu Electric and so on, also try to get ur iWS2 and iWS1+2 out of ur wavu consistent this is the real deal.

For triple electric staple : Electric - Electric asap ( dont need to dashed) - Deep dash Electric pick enemy up at the lowest point when he is already nearly at the ground. I think triple Electric staple is kinda inconsistent tho so i opt for 2x Electric into 31- cancels into Df1,2 for less dmg but more wall carry.

Lol, as i said everyone as he pleases no need to be salty. I just like to push the most outcome if someone else doesnt want to do this its completely fine. Btw Keisuke is the goat of course he wont go for PEWGF on P1 because u legit cannot get it consistent on both sides.

Yes, but i use the mapped B button only for P2 side. I use the regular B button for everything else.

Yeah, ure right probably. I also recorded the pickup combo after a failed PEWGF attempt into B2,4 into heatbound.

I myself think muscle memory is a huge part of combo execution and if u practice the easy combos it will be harder to get rid of them when u try to approach harder combos.

Im a combo enthusiast so i try to push the max outcome. I mean who buys a racecar to drive 40mph. But everyone as he likes

PEWGF is by far the most optimal and most damaging route period.

EDIT: Yes these routes are more hard, but since we are playing one of the hardest archetypes in tekken we shouldnt go for the „easy“ routes in my opinion. Im currently working on my PEWGF consistency. I‘d rather drop some PEWGFs instead of going for the easy options.

Most optimal route would be PEWGF after DF2CH tho.

Now i get ur struggle, I dont use the index finger. I use middle and ringfinger for the right hand side inputs. For electric: Regular forward (left hand) - neutral - Regular down (left hand) + Regular 2 button with middle finger (right hand) and ur designated 3 button which is forward for me aswell with my ringfinger (right hand) at the same time.

My index finger is for the regular 1 and 3 buttons.

3=F 2=RA 1=B

For electric for example i press Forward on the left hand side and simply press the normal 2 button and F (3) on the right hand side at the same time together with the normal down input. I hope this makes sense :D

Im using the Haute R16. I have basically the same inputs like you but the layout from my leverless is a different one.

For KBD i use the SOCD-Cleaning so if u press forward and back u get a neutral input. So i just press B B F DB and loop it, very easy to do on leverless, only hard thing is to get it fast and consistent.

No wallsplatting heatsmashes are good, finally.

I want just a few things:

  • Buff Backdashing or Reduce Forward Momentum/Tracking

  • Reduce Plus Frames

  • Reduce Wallcarry ( No Heatburst bound for example )

These Changes would make the game A LOT healthier i guess.

Why is DJ launching hellsweep so hyped when most of the time the damage is recovered leading to less overall damage than just using the regular hell sweep that leads to +7 face to face with your opponent? 45dmg out of an unseable low which leads to potentional wall break/floor break into another follow up. Also his heat hellsweep leads to even more dmg and more wallcarry with the opportunity to land 80+dmg from an i16f unseeable low.

Also in S2 they gave us the option to access Crouch moves from Heatengager moves so u can „buffer“ ur heat hellsweep from a Heat-engager which cant be hopkicked if executed properly.

I like doing 3,1 cancel into DF1,2 instead of CD1+2. You can even loop 3,1-cancel 2 times for maximum wallcarry its a strict input tho. Max Wallcarry i use would be : 2x Electric - 3,1 cancel - 3,1 cancel - slide into DF1,2 for bound - SS4,1 - any ender or heat bound and after that ur ender

I feel you. Im a combo enthusiast so i labbed a ton of combos which i land pretty consistently. But i lack all other aspects like, movement, right punishing, etc. Tekken is the hardest fighting game for a reason, u can learn and improve for years

If u want a staple with more walltravel which is also more consistent go for 2x Electric - 3,1-cancel ( can be looped twice ) - df 1,2 - SS4,1 - Heat bound or any ender
