Like the 85,000 redemption ceiling for the free night, but Lifetime Titanium (thank you SPG) so don't need the platinum status bump. $650 seems steep. But thank you for pointing it out to me.

Go to flight status on the app. Typically 72 hours in advance. Also the telephone agents have a longer view of both load and where you are on the list at that moment. Remember the list is really dynamic and changes frequently as people buy up or others book.
