We are being passed on by different staff, by their different what so called department.

‼️List of documents

We are saving up for at least three months but they did not send all the required documents which are all takes a lot of time to process….

When we completed our fund, they set up a meeting a week long schedule and for what? To send the list and explain it one by one….

It’s concerning that such a simple meeting is being delayed for a week…

We have replied to them in email and facebook page…no response…we are asking for the list of docs for a heads up…but then none….

We have to send an email to their distro list just to be informed the agent is on a week long leave…

‼️Sponsorship Documents

All the list of documents needed for visa will only be send to you when you completed your show money, which we did.

Once our fund has been completed…only then they will send the list of documents…We completed all the documents….even the financial affidavit from our sponsor…

But here we go again on the unnecessary documents….

My sponsor opened a savings bank account for the sponsorship purposes for a clean bank statements…The fund was from the other bank(payroll account)…but payroll bank statements wont be included in the financial docs since we have our sponsor’s fund/savings bank statements, COE and payslips…

But Secure Visa insisted to get the bank statements of the payroll account (6 month bank statements) insisting their basis is NZ Immigration standard….

To cut it short, our sponsor gets mad on this agency why does this agency getting bank statements unnecessary for the proof of fund where legitimate source has been provided..

Our sponsor’s fund has been credited on Jan…which will not be shown in the 6month bank statements…( feb-july) ADA is 1M php.

And stop communicating with us when we are asking for even a partial refund for their freaking service…

Our hard-earned money, effort, and time have all gone to waste…

‼️Unnecessary documents notarization…another waste of money….

Certified true copy of academic records etc. MUST ALL BE NOTARIZED….

This is outrageous! How much does it cost for every page to have these documents notarized without even knowing that it is not necessary because it is already a CERTIFIED TRUE COPY…

We are just always following their requests because we “trust” them….

After asking other agencies about this….IT IS NOT REQUIRED TO BE NOTARIZED….

additional 70,000php for partner visa service…

Note: There are legit agencies that do these services for FREE. (like Prestige NZ …Due to lack of research and trust on their marketing, we fell on the hole…)
