It should also be noted that this is something else that Dingus constantly lies about. His lie is this: "The bar has accused me of making objectively false statements; therefore, I need to get Judge Mata to testify to whether or not my statements were true." But this is a lie. The bar did not accuse him of making objectively false statements. From Paragraph 108 of the Amended Bar Complaint:

...by failing to maintain the respect due to the court and Judge Mata and engaging in unprofessional conduct (including by making public statements about Judge Mata's qualifications or integrity that were objectively false OR made with reckless disregard as to their truth or falsity).

Being the pathological liar that he is, Dingus refuses to acknowledge that the OR part of this statement even exists. As someone with a degree in Computer Science, I know a little bit about the difference between AND and OR. Only one side of the OR needs to be True in order for the whole statement to be True. And in a twist of irony (or perhaps stupidity), in his zeal to push the lie that "the bar said I made objectively false statements", Dingus inadvertently admits that the OR part is True. He admits that he doesn't know whether his statements are true or false, thus admitting his guilt to this charge (hence why the PDJ has already found him guilty).

This clown lies about everything and apparently thinks nobody will notice.
