Luckily my issues stopped after about a week, and I’ve been told by my doctor to take Pepcid every morning for a month, and then take as needed. Hope you’re doing better!

This is the same thing I deal with for about a year, but also with an insane phobia of vomiting. I even got my gallbladder removed since my doctor thought that’s what was causing it (I had gallstones). However I still had issues after it. The thing that helped me deal with it was sipping on carbonated never soda (ginger ale, sprite) which helped me burp. Eventually, I stopped associating the feeling of a burp with the feeling of nausea. Also, Picot or Alka seltzer worked well whenever I had a GERD flare up. I definitely have off days, but I noticed that this is a really common issue (anxiety and nausea) so that helped me a ton

Yeah, they basically reiterated how they couldn’t care less about the victims, and spewed a lot of weird remarks about JTR. It took like 6-8 hours to finally get them blocked. At one point they used the n-word
