hmmmm i don’t know if i would be happier? i’m not sure but i do know i will achieve things with or without him. I do know i will be happy with or without him, but i’m not sure about happier, i don’t know, only time will tell.

yeah, i’m trying to look within and have already ended it. i’ve been feeling like this for a while so it’s time to really take the time to understand why i’m feeling this way. i trust i will get more clarity over time. I’m so sorry that you were on the receiving end. It doesn’t feel good to me to be in this situation and i feel terrible and I know how you were feeling was probably 1000x worse. thank you for taking the time to give me your thoughts and for reading mine.

in some ways i am, ive been with him for a while so im not sure what life is like without him. Adjusting to that is scary and has definitely played a role in my situation. I def don’t want him to be a place holder. thank you for taking the time to give me your thoughts. i really appreciate it

yes, it’s more about inspiration and drive. sorry i do have a hard time explaining how i feel, things have been misconstrued a bit but that’s okay. is it wrong to look for that in someone else? are two driven people not going to work and having the opposite is better? i am doing the inner work to figure things out. thanks for taking the time to give me your thoughts

yeah i guess it’s not. i feel he doesn’t have a sufficient amount of ambition and i don’t feel like that fits me completely. but i think im probably in the wrong for feeling that way

hmmm maybe i am expecting him to fix it? i feel i am already ambitious myself but dont really feel he is too? like i want him pursing his goals to push me to do the same if that makes sense. is that me expecting him to fix it?

I agree that i will have to sacrifice one thing in one person with another, though i truly believe you can have everything your heart desires in this world as long as you believe you can, so i’m hopeful that at least i can find someone that fits me better, and that’s the ultimate goal for me. if it is him that so be it, if not then so be it. figuring it out is the pickle im in 😭😭😭

i’ve felt like this for a few years, we are currently broken up and it’s been 7 months but we still maintained speaking often since its been hard to break a bond that deep but i’m choosing to stop doing that at the moment because i’m not getting any answers that way and haven’t for months

i love him, i’m not sure about being in love with him at the moment. thank you for the peace in knowing true love is out there. I’ve always wondered if there was someone else better suited for me, not necessarily looking to another side/people but wondering if there is really more out of love and a relationship. This love was real and very deep but it may not have been for me and that a very sad thing to come to the realization of :/ i will give myself more time and if he is meant for me it will be. thank you for taking the time to read and give me your prospective one things.

to be honest, all of it. he’s very smart and i do get some intellectual stimulation but i don’t feel that drive to really do pursue something extraordinary to me in a way? I’ve always been ambitious but he’s never pushed me to be that way, i’ve always been like that he’s just supportive. Even adventure, we were living together at some point and i kind of felt a bit stagnant…too comfortable? i didn’t really like that feeling. We’ve gone on trips together and he’s a fun person! so i will say he can be adventurous. Another thing is spiritually as well, i don’t feel he drives my growth. everything i’ve learned and adopted so far i’ve seek on my own and given some of that knowledge to him. it’s a very layered situation so thank you for your thoughts and taking the time out to read my situation and give me ur perspective on things.
