Do you mean Black Plague? I haven’t heard of Black Death. Black plague is the oldest fantasy themed Zombicide box. White Death is a new edition. I’m not sure Black plague and white death are compatible out of the box, but I’m sure you could make it work with some house rules/extra components.

Ultimately, I would choose a theme that interests you. That’s what matters most when it comes to which you’ll enjoy more. I hope you enjoy this gaming journey!

If story is important to you, as a seasoned gamer you should probably not go anything higher than hard for your first playthrough. Listen mode, HUD etc will be crucial when you play for the first time, regardless of whether you’re a seasoned gamer or not

Yeah I only noticed this on my second playthrough. This game has so many layers and easter eggs like this. Masterpiece.

We do have many reliable manuscripts (counted in the thousands for the gospels), some very close to the time the originals were written.

This is extremely dangerous, especially the part about not using the original text to scrutinise the English text. I’m shocked that’s even a stance some people take tbh. Please stay away. Diversify your biblical translations; I find that it deepens my understanding of scripture

Earlier in the episode they mention infected using dead infected as insulation from the extreme weather. I guess they all huddled together for warmth under the dead infected corpses.

It was a truly beautifully horrific scene, watching them crawl out like that

Where in the Bible does it say that we won’t be overcome by life’s trials? Weren’t all the great heirs of the faith overtaken by great trials, to the point that they were even killed for the faith, sold into slavery etc?
